agreed. there are so many Arpeggio Sync and Trigger options that 
could be messing up your patches in this way. That's the downside of 
all that versatility of course... there's no easy way to get a 'in 
one glance' overlook of all your patch settings.

I've been thinking about writing some software to visualize patches 
but the sheer number of parameters is just far too great. Maybe 
something that would focus on (a) particular 'module' like the Arp 
and F/X would be viable and quite useful.
