[A6] Tips and Tricks doc v2.00 released, including html version

Hi all,

here is the official v2.00 version of the good old ANDROMEDA 
TIPS AND TRICKS document. Please give it look, there are so 
many good tips in there, and it now has a very readable 
format, imo.

I also added section numbering since the beta version, so 
that we can easily refer to a given section in the 
document. New entries will/should be added at the end of 
each section.

It's available for download in 5 different formats, 
including a browsable HTML version (and the table of 
contents actually works in that one ;).

I wonder if there is still an active maintainer for this 
document. If not, I'd like to give it regular updates based 
on new postings from this list.

Note that I didn't *write* the document in the first place 
(wish I had though), I just changed the looks.
