great! thanks a lot. i know Abe was looking for the strawberry flutes
patch too (just search for "strawberry flutes andromeda" in google and
you'll see what I mean.

well, it'll still be interesting to see what's there.

so ... does anybody have the non-beta user preset banks? i have presets
1 and 2, and mix 1, but not the user banks, from probably the first
batch of non-betas, and i can send them to justin as well. they are
from a machine with OS 130.83, one of the earliest non-beta OSes, I
believe. i'm not talking about the stuff downloadable from Alesis'
website, of course.

i know most of you are probably thinking, "the presets are so crappy,
who cares?", but i want to be able to play this thing properly before i
start making patches, and so having all the presets i can really helps.
besides, a few of them are really not too bad, and others make good
starting points.

by the way ... does anybody actually use the mix banks? are they an
overlooked feature? it seems like they could be a lot of fun in a live
situation.

cheers,
chris
