[A6] tones missing

That was my first thought, cause when I switch the KBD mode to mono all
works fine. So I opened a new song with just one track. In the A 6 mode I
deactivated all mix channels except one. Still the same problem.

Even if I play 8 times the same note, at least one´s missing.
