[A6] tones missing

Could it also simply be that you're exceeding the number of voices that the
A6 can generate at one time? It's a monster, from an analogue synth point
of view, but it's still "only" 16 voices. If you're used to sequencing with
softsynths or sample-based synths that can run 64-128 voices (at least
theoretically <g>), you might just need to do a little work to reduce your
voice demand; or, alternately, you might want to dig in a little bit to the
A6's voice allocation options and see if you can tweak that to work the way
you need.

Just some thoughts, feel like I'm feeling around in the dark without more
detail.

Steve

In Mix mode each voice has a note range that the voice responds to, which
allows you to set up layers and splits. Perhaps the note range is omitting
some of the notes you're playing? I believe in mono mode all notes are
active.

I just got my A6 and am a newbie here, so forgive me if I'm off base. I must
say that this beastie is quite deep and there's a lot to learn.

Hi all!

Did anyone have this problem before?

When I´m in the mix-mode and play several programms (for example Preset 2,
005 Wheeldown...) via my sequenzer some tones are missing.

This happens even when I just play single notes very slow with just one mix
channel activated.

Somehow this doesn´t happen, when I switch the KBD Mode to "mono".

I hope someone has a solution!

Regards Felix.
