It's on pages 56-57 of the Feb '01 manual revision, under "Keyboard Mode Parameters", specifically the MONOVOX parameter (which is called MIXVOX in MIX mode). You can get to the menu by using any of the three controls (one knob, two buttons) in the KBD MODE section of the front panel (immediately to the left of portamento).
However, as I recall, the original question was whether POLY mix channels can have their output assigned to any specific individual outs, to which the answer is NO. Only MONO mix channels can have their output assigned to any specific individual out. If you need to assign polyphonic voices to different outputs, you can do this with up to four poly voices by assigning each one to L/R MAIN & L/R AUX outputs. This is described at the end of chapter 8 in the manual.
I'm curious as to what exactly someone would be trying to accomplish by using individual outs from polyphonic voices (aside from the fact that the individual outs sound better than the aux outs, which sound better than the main outs) in mix mode? You'd need a dedicated 16-channel mixer for the A6 in that case, which sounds like an awful lot of work/setup to me (but then again, I mostly use my A6 live, so quick setups are essential ... and I only run a single output anyway).
