In the Micron, you can use ONE effect from FX1 and ONE effect from FX2 simultaneously.  Reverb & Delay are both in the FX2 bank, so no, you cannot use both simultaneously (FX1 has chorus / flanger / phaser / vocoder -type effects).

The Micron review sounds pretty spot-on to me, although I really haven't used mine very much (I only bought it because I needed a cheap Vocoder).  I'd have to say it's a pretty amazing machine for the price, especially if you already know your way around the typical parameters of an analog/VA synth (something I'd expect to hold true for most A6 users).
