[A6] mix weirdness.

Well, here's some obvious burns that have tripped me up before:

- does the singing/dancing program use arp or seq?  If so, they may  
not be turned on in the mix.  The mix stores it's own arp/seq  
settings.  No arp/seq, no sound (except maybe note 1 depending on  
your trigs)
- KEYBOARD ENABLE on. (of course)?
- PROG mix level up for that channel?
- load your sound into a default mix or one of the presets.  Still  
broken?
- PROG SEMI at a funny setting?
