[A6] Having an A6 repaired....anyone else?

Anyone else want to share their experiences having an A6 repaired?  At 
alesis or otherwise?

Just to elucidate my problems... 1 button only responds part of the time and 
one voice (voice 10) sounds a bit off from time to time.
