[A6] Program changes under mix mode

If you are in mix, and have touched the front panel at all, when you  
get a program change message from the outside world the sounds change  
but the front panel indicators do not.  This include the voice select  
keys which are still lit per the last mix.  You have to hit MIX  
(sometimes twice) to get to the top level and then everything is fun  
again.

If you make a mix change and hit STORE, sometimes it will show you  
the name of the last mix even though it stores it where it should, in  
the current mix.  That is scary stuff.
Cosmetic, perhaps, but a bug nonetheless.  I thought this might have  
been intentional to save your edit buffers or something, but it  
doesn't appear to be.  Has anyone else seen this?
