[A6] Sending banks and getting corrupt patches

Ok, I have MIDI OX and I'm trying to send banks to A6 but most of the patches end up corrupt and they freeze the A6 when selected. Does anyone know the best settings for this program to work with the A6? Also, does the A6 need a handshake MIDI connection to be able to just send banks and patches? And lastly, what is the best patch manager for the A6 currently? Thanks...
