Well it is old but remember that it covers only the first year. There's 
3 or 4 more years and there's a lot of good stuff in there. I have 
found the current one really helpful though.

Actually I have one working document that has all posts from Jan 2001 - 
June 2004. As I've been going through the working document, I've been 
pulling out info that is just FAQ and putting it into a separate FAQ 
Word document. I don't have the FM thing in there though. I can send 
you what I have and see if you want to do anything with it.
