Correction. T&T items extracted are from Jan 1, 2001 to June 1, 2004.
What I think is needed is 12 people or more who know the Andromeda and
whose main language is English, to volunteer to take a month from each
year, edit the tips from that month and send them to one person who
will compile them in a pc document (Word). Then, if Joan and Chris set
up a wiki site, someone, or more than one person, can take the compiled
items and put them into the existing HTML T&T document. If it is an FAQ
item it can be sent to me. I believe I have most of those already.
This is definitely doable but I think it requires people to help out
and someone good to coordinate it. I don't know how many people are on
this list but surely there are enough that if the work is divided up
and coordinated, it can get done fairly quickly. As I said, I've
already done a lot of work on it. It would be a shame to let it go
because there's a lot of really good information there. Hopefully you
all won't stay silent thinking that Joan and Chris will handle it. Joan
has already volunteered for way more than her share and Chris has also
spent a lot of time with it all. Ken would likely volunteer - he helped
tremendously with the home page - but he has a new baby and I'm sure
he's not able to devote the time now. I'm sure Chad would also be
willing to help. He always does, but he is also extremely busy and
can't do it all himself. We are very fortunate that he was nice enough
to do it the first time around or there would be no T&T document at
all. Robert also helped by reformatting the T&T which I'm sure was no
small task. As I said, Boele has helped all he could with this current
version but I know he is slammed and English is not his main language.

Quite honestly, I'd much rather hear people step up and volunteer to
help pull this together. That's what's really needed here. I asked for
help once before and Chad was the only person who answered me. This is
a group document that everyone benefits from and as I said, there's
lots of REALLY good information - 4 years worth of excellent
information. I know because I've read every single post for the last 5
years. Just need some help from you all to finish pulling it all
together.
My 2 cents anyway.
