[A6] Dead Voice

I was just going through all my settings yesterday and found that 1 of my
voices is dead. When I solo'ed each voice 1 by 1 in the global menu, voice
11 clearly does not produce any sound when I play some keys. Is there a way
to troubleshoot this? Is there an independant volume control that i missed
for that particular voice?

I would appreciate any help,
