[A6] Mini vs A6 part 2

here is the patch :)

http://www.members.optushome.com.au/coolcolj/A6/

Its basic simple patch, but it's a functional template type patch
You can get a ton of variations just playing with the filter, VCO settings
filter envelope etc
some really nice leads can be had really easily too with portamento on etc

I didn't modulate the VCOs at all, it needs to have both background and temp
tuning off
Adds that extra creaminess, but and even then it doesn't drift like the
Minimoog
Turn on temp tuning if you want a tighter phasey sound, but a Minimoog
doesn't sound like that
maybe the later oscilaltopr board versions :)
So you need to modulate one of the VCOs with a fairly high frequency smooth
random LFO
and modulate the keytracking on one of the VCOs as well.
The top and bottom notes should be slightly out as per my Minimoog
I can normally tune that out, but it will never be like that the next day...

Some things to note the volume is pretty low, it's like that for a reason so
it doesn't clip
internally. Both envelope 1 and 2 are set on legato
The engine optimiser setting for the pitch is on ultrafast
which may cause problems with portamento on, so adjust to taste

also note the settings ENV1, trying to emulate the envelope quirk on the
Minimoog :)

I fired up my SH2 to also compare on the same settings, and the A6 holds up
really well
to it. Sh2 is quite a bit rougher sounding though

> Hi Colin,
> your Mini emulation sounds excellent, great work! Would you mind sharing
your A6 patch? I would really like to see how you modulated the VCOs. ;-)
