[A6] New A6 won't tune

I just bought a new A6 and noticed that two of the voices (#6 and 
#12) will not tune properly. I've run the auto-tune numerous times 
and given it plenty of hours to warm up, yet those two voices are 
always a quarter tone flat. And it's just on oscillator #1, 
oscillator #2 is fine.

I did a search through the A6 archives and found that I'm not the 
only one to have this problem:

Has anybody else had this problem? Do I have to send the unit back or 
can I just get a replacement chip? I've emailed alesis tech support 
but haven't heard from them yet.
