[A6] Sequencer question

hello everybody

I have just one little question about the sequencer :
These days I'm working on a sequence sync'ed with internal clock at a fairly slow rate ( 2nds or 1 bar )
when i hit key to start it, there is a delay before the sequence starts .

Stangely this delay can vary from a few ms ( makes it not noticable ) 
to roughly 0.5 s ( makes any sync with other players impossible )

I have tried many tigger and sync options to fix the problem, but it seems that 
I'm missing an important point because that delay is still there ...
