[A6] converting NRPN's to CC with MidiOX

But then again ... if all you want to do is make MIDI recordings of your 
A6 and play them back, the NRPN data is sent as two CC's, so you should 
have no problems there.  It's only if you want to use the knobs on your 
A6 to control other hardware or software via CC's that you need to worry.
