[A6] converting NRPN's to CC with MidiOX

Hi Kieran,

I posted about this in the last 2 or 3 weeks.  In your case, since you 
aren't using a software sequencer, you just need one instance of MIDIOX, 
and don't need MIDI Yoke.  I posted a link to a screenshot (still there) 
showing parameters you need in the midi filter -- you want to look at 
the left hand side of the image (that's for NRPN --> CC), the rhs is for 
CC --> NRPN.
