you might use the sequenser.
set it a a low numbers of steps b.e. 2 or 3
keep the gate time short, b.e. 12 ms
voila a squarewave lfo of max 300hz
to make it a triangle or saw you can either use the portamento set at a 
low value (b.e.8-12ms) or use the seq to trigger the envelops wherein 
you can use short times for the waveform.
most conveinied it will become when the times of the portamento or env 
are negatively correlated to the clocktempo.
