[A6] Replace the A6

Hi again,
 
shipping is not a problem. I am driving the synth two hours from the place I live and get it replaced. I have contacted an Alesis person both in Germany and the US and they said that it should be replaced. What worries me is that this one exhibited the strange behavior in voice 6 after about a month or so and actually after a week of being powered off. (I have also noticed after long hours of testing that voice 6 goes mad in only a specific range of the keyboard and nowhere else). I don't have an extra A6 to compare the old one against to and I am not sure at all about this replacement.
 
I don't know to what extent you can repeat the process of replacing the synth ad infinitum. Basically I am thinking of buying this one for a lower price.
