No - we NEED to get bug reports from people that have issues. When we do  
Beat testing, a simple bug report can take a whole page - "Here's how I made  
this bad thing happen, and what affects it, and what doesn't." This makes a  
programmer's job SO much easier, literally cuts the work time into a fraction of  
what it would be otherwise.
