[A6] Trouble with A6 - Already

I had the same problem several months ago: new A6 had two voices 
permanantly out of tune. Spoke with tech support, tried all the 
obvious things, no luck. In the end I had to send the unit back to 
the dealer I bought it from and get a replacement. Cost an arm and 
two legs in shipping. The replacement unit works fine. Don't waste 
your time trying to work around the issue, contact the dealer and 
send it back for replacement.
