[A6] Trouble with A6 - Already

I'm sure you've done this but just in case... there are three tuning 
functions, auto tune, background tuning, and temperature tuning. 
(Chapter 18, Item 18.1 in the T&T doc.) Have you checked all three of 
these to see if they have any impact? This is all I know to tell you. 
I'm sure others will have an idea if that isn't it.
