[A6] Trouble with A6 - Already

I bought my brand new Andromeda A6 last week and am now having serious
trouble with it. No matter what, the voices will not stay in tune. I have
tried the Autotune, Manual tuning everything (osc, filters,vca, Os PW etc)
Calibrating the pitch and Mod Wheels, Gone completely thru all the
diagnostics which have all pased, a hard and soft reset. Everything on the
tuning screen says it is in tune but it is not at all. Voices seem to drift
out of tune on their own, Even if I am just running a single osc Sine wave
with filters bypass and all Mods off. If any one know please tell me what I
can do, as this is a very expensive instrument to not be working after only
one week. If I start with the  Default Progam it also come up with the "E"
in the right corner like the sound is edited before I've done everything.
I've also contacted Alesis support but have yet to hear from them. I love
this synth but not like this.
