[A6] code404.com downtime

We had some problems with a couple bad sectors on one of the code404
box's partitions; this problem didn't get noticed until the weekend. As
of today, we've restored service, and queued mail should mostly be
getting delivered.

That said, some mail to lists hosted on this machine (as well as to
Justin, and others with code404.com addresses) may have been lost.
