Didn't mean to come off like a complete dick about the voting idea.

The way I see it now only a few people would be working on any particular 
patch at any time.  Say 3 people.  And I assume, to start off, there will 
only be a few patches being designed, say 5.

This might be completely wrong, but that's why I thought the idea of voting 
wasn't necessary.  Also, I imagined it taking place on the email list, which 
would definitely suck, but I realize, the voiting wouldn't HAVE to take 
place on this list.
