[A6] NRPN with Sonar

... I would love to have that solid performance which the older systems seem
to have but I like the new functionality of the modern programs too much :-)
So how are you able to control the NRPNs in Cakewalk 4.5? With envelopes? I
am very curious about this as it might mean a possible alternative which I
never considered.
