Thanks for your answer.

I have attached the files to this message.
The 3 files where made thru Logic Audio using the "A6 test midi file.mid"
- I select the bank 2 sound 30 (Padamongous) and I play the notes

If you do not get the files you can find them on (they start with
Padamongous in the comment field) :

The file "A6 prg mode without....." is "without effect on the last notes"

You will see it is really obvious, the mix mode play is ....
