Fwd: [A6] Stuck Note

Maybe try the latest non-beta OS.  That's terrible if you have to return 
it.  If you complain and yell enough they might cover the shipping back, 
and you could argue to get a new one shipped out as soon as they had a 
tracking number for the current one.  These units have been sitting 
unused for over a year now, I wonder how many are actually duds.
