Fwd: [A6] Stuck Note

Below is a description of the problem I have right now, but 
then on almost every patch. Mono or poly, with or without 
arp/sequencer running. Just by simply playing notes. Really 
no hard work. As an extra bonus, I get strange notes I 
didn't play (that is, I get an A sharp instead of the D I 
played).

Any clues?

Think I'll have to return the machine. :(
