Ouch! How did that happen? Are the voice board standoffs still intact?
Good thing that the flexing the voice board got durring shipping didn't do
it any harm.

I suppose, as long as you could get the panel boards to still be secure.
A better plan would be to get more screws.

Mine doesn't do this. However, it takes practice to quickly run your
finger along the ribbon quickly while maintaining constant contact. Perhaps
your finger's contact is intermitent?
