[A6] Mod Wheel Madness update

Just for the record in case anyone else is
having similar weirdness, I pulled the cable
from the pitch/mod wheel assembly to the Left
Front Panel board and the A6 is quiet again.

I checked the actual cable and the solder joints
and crimped cable header assembly are all fine,
so it appears to be something in the LFP board
that is misbehaving.

I am in contact w. Alesis to see if I can arrange
a board swap w/o sending my unit into a repair
shop.
