Can the voice mix also clip and is there anything I have to pay regard to
when setting levels in the mix mode ?
Good question - no hard answer here BUT be aware that clipped mixers are
designed in for some synths, even Andromeda. The Micromoog, in particular,
has only one oscialltor but it is FAT because it is designed to distort at
the mixer. Be aware that is may be good to TRY clipping different tones at
different places in the chain. This is how engineers (my main job) try to get
maximum "sound: from things; trying all combinations of levels. Some things
like to be driven hard, so not.
Hopefully someone has the "real" answer, but hopefully you will experiment
and MAKE your own answer too!

PS - Used my A6 on a record several times this week. The singer/songwriter
knows very little about gear or "digi vs. analog". I have lots of old and new
gear, from pianos and Mellotrons to digital and virtual synths, we were using
all of them. When she heard the A6, she said "That sounds GREAT!". End of
argument...
