[A6] old habits die hard

Even offering to pay for a new OS is not going to be useful; they spent SO 
much money (old Alesis) that new Alesis decided to keep on making A6s, even 
though it is NOT a successful product. Compared to the real moneymakers: 
ADAT, Midiverb 2, HR16 Drum Machine, this was not a popular model. THey 
probably only make A6s because they have parts and it is already DONE. To 
spend more time on it would not make it sell better; it is already the great 
synth that was promised, what we are asking for is still "trivial OS details" 
- only important to people who already are customers. 

I'm willing to bet they move onward and spend their time and money working up 
a new product that will sell thousands more. Maybe not as cool, but more 
SELLABLE.
