The other way to create the bible would be a communal effort.

 

I could put up a database on my website which users can add entries to
in a specific structure. I'm happy enough to design the database and
host it. I'd put it up at

 

www.statlerandwaldorf.com.au <http://www.statlerandwaldorf.com.au/> 

 

Users would have to review the general posts and we could have a forum
where corrections or queries could be answered.
