[A6] converting NRPN's to CC's in logic

Control other midi devices that take CC's (e.g. my Airbase drum machine) 
from Logic but without using software knobs.

I could buy a specialized midi knob box, but I figure since I already 
have the A6 in front of me it's worth a shot converting NRPN's to CC's.
