In Mix mode, go to Unison X and set "MIXMVX" (?) to a higher value.
Padmongous uses Unison mode, and this parameter tells that Mix channel
how many "banks" of voices it's allowed to use. Another Unison X
program is "Wolf Bass", which has a Unison X setting of 2. So you need
to set MIXMVX to 2 for that program to sound the same in Mix mode. If
it's set to 1 (the default) it will sound thinner. There might be a way
to change this setting via SYSEX, but I don't know it. I just save a
new mix for every song I work on. -jl
