[A6] SoundDiver and the a6

It really sounds like a lot of whining is going on! It's not Alesis's
responisbility to redo their entire A6 OS because Sound Diver cannot access
certain parameters, besides who needs Sound Diver? I find no inspiration
editing patches sitting down at the PC with a mouse and clicking, and if I
were to do so I'd fire up my softsynths rather than resort to hardware. To
be completely honest, about the only thing I use editors for is to name my
patches to save time on knob twiddling through alpha-numerics.
Now as far as selling the A6 because of these problems, or using only
software synths... People can do what they like, but I fail to see how
someone could even compare a true analog, warm, powerful synth like the A6
to a software synth. Don't get me wrong, I love software synths, and in a
full composition you can really get away with them, but certain types of
sounds are just lifeless compared to true analog. I use the Mix Mode all
the time and the A6 has never let me down on a track.
