[A6] Space Rock?

space-rock type music like Pink Floyd, Hawkwind, Gong, Ozric Tentacles, etc.

Man are you talking my language!  I am finding the A6 great not only for sound effects and
space noises, but also for heavy pads and Heldon style sequencing effects.  I had just purchased the A6
and used it quite a bit on our last record A Night For Baku.  You can find some sound samples 
here:  http://www.djamkaret.com/sounds.php.  I really am not bright enough to program sounds on the A6
from scratch, so I use many of the presets as starting points for my own tweaking.  For example, this morning
I am working with Preset 2 -  048/Sustanor and using the modwheel and pressure sensitivity and really extending those arrpegios
for a great spacey feel. This baby is deep and I love it!  
BTW, the essential  Ozric Tentacles synth is the Novation Supernova 2--I refer to it as "Ozrics In a Box"!
