[A6] Mod wheel causing midi transmit buffer overflow

hi matt,

make sure there's no midi loop happening, rule that out first.
also , does it happen with multiple presets? does it happen in mix and
program mode?
it may be faulty soldering of the wires to the mod wheel. this happened to
me, but with the pitch wheel.
