[A6] Using external inputs in mix mode

I'm using the external inputs in mix mode and I'm finding that other my 
polyphonic programs are skipping notes on voices 15 and 16.

Is it possible to use the external inputs and have the keyboard function 
polyphonically?  Anyone know what I might be doing wrong?
