Hi, this is the Neuron marketing rep. <g>
You're correct. We have been shamefully quiet in the past couple of months
but that was mainly because of all the hard work that went into this synth
and the fact that there's only a small team behind it. People, who all have
daytime jobs to do as well.
However, we've just updated the website with the latest news and some early
audio demo clips are available for download as well. Don't expect too much,
this was put together over night and I'm not 100% happy with it. But more
"exotic" demos will follow soon. Looks like the first units will ship in
December. However, I wouldn't expect to see one at "Mom's Music Shop" in
Harmony, CA the next day...
I have a unit sitting here now for several months and I've seen it grow and
develop since it's been first shown at NAMM. I can tell you that this is an
amazing piece of techonolgy and you will have to throw most of your
expectations over board if you want to understand it. After spending so much
time on the Andromeda during its development, I had to do the same before I
was able to make sense of it.
Sorry for posting this OT. Needless to say that the is no Neuron list so
far. But feel free to email me directly with all your Neuron questions.
There's a lot of information in the FAQs on the website, too.
Sorry again for posting this here.
