[A6] Hot Rodded Andromeda

The really wonderful thing about the KR-ized A6, aside from the very
cool look of it, is the total unnecessaryness of it.  It's so clearly a
totally silly and wasteful labor of love that shows how we, as
exemplified by Kris, are not only sickly infatuated with the sounds of
our synths but also their whole look.  I'd love my A6 to look as
impressive as that, but I keep it on my desk in front of a monitor and
it would block the screen.  And if anything the knobs would be more
difficult to use in that orientation and the ribbon even more so.  And I
don't care, I still wouldn't be able to keep my hands off it.

:-) Ah you said it sooooo well!  The knobs are actually easier to use IMO
and the ribbon controller no more difficult than the original (playing style
considered - I'm not a "piano" player), but guess you have to try it
hands-on to appreciate/make your own determination.  BTW, this is my second
Andromeda :-)  The first sits as yours does, below my Karma below my
monitors (both computer and audio :-)
