[A6] emagic, sounddiver, and a6

well i do not use sounddiver but i would not say i am losing patches,
after i've finished a track i just dump the banks into an archive marked
as being the staate of affairs of user banks on a given date.  having
ultra-minimalized my outboard hardware with patches anyway (the andromeda
is the only hardware synth that i have "out" right now, the rest of my
stuff has disappeared into the closet of gear doom) it really just ends up
being "ok"..

but the problem is, i should like to consolidate them. it isnt' like one
needs 127 different patches for each song, but premeditating where you are
going to send up each individual patch that yo uhave just dumped
individually is a very tedious idea with which i cannot be bothered.
