Ive just made a start on programming a dedicated bank loader for 
the Andy so i had to dive into the SysEx chart... 

who came up with this idea of sending "packed" data bytes that 
actually take up more space & time to transmit than the raw stuff? 
the mind really boggles, what's the advantage of doing things in this 
awkward way?
