especially if you are not familiar with analog synthesis in general, is
this:</FONT></DIV>

parts you don't understand.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#0000ff size=4>#2 Turn power switch on and master studio volume
to "11", (hyuk-hyuk)...</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#0000ff size=4>#3 Start hitting the keys and tweaking ALL those
knobs and buttons and wheels and the slider. It BEGS FOR IT!</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#0000ff size=4>#4 Read over the manual some
more...</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#0000ff size=4>#5 Repeat steps #1 thru #4 and call me in the
morning...</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#0000ff size=4>This is how I continue to learn what
I accept will be an ongoing, life-long learning process for me. I've
read that there are so many functions in this thing that one may never use them
all in a lifetime. Welp, I'm a non-smoker and I've got fingers, so here I
go...</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT color=#0000ff size=4>A miracle happened the other day: I
downloaded the latest OS files and such from the web. Then I downloaded
MIDIOX. I have never seen or used MIDIOX. I have an older limited
edition RED Andy that I purchased off Ebay from a former Alesis rep. It
had an old funky OS in it. Just by navigating around the MIDIOX program
and slowing the file transfer rate slightly, I am happy to announce that I
updated this thing all by myself. It was incredible. Digits were
flying down the screen like in the Matrix and I was yelling and such...I love
this thing.</FONT></DIV>
