There's no need to write the whole list about being removed -- none of
the people on the list can help you with that, so you're just wasting
their time.

If the list can't find your address, or if you're having problems
posting, please look at the headers of the email and verify the email
address you're subscribed as. Many people signed up a long time ago, and
are subscribed under addresses which forward to other addresses, and I
believe this is the cause for many of the problems people are
experiencing.

which will get to David and myself. Including a copy of the headers of
the emails you're receiving will be helpful to us.
