[A6] Anyone actually doing anything?

Somewhat kitted, but sparsely. :) Mackie 1402 mixer, TC Electronics 
M300 effects, maybe an old trusty Dimension C here and there. The
input is a 20 bit echo Darla, the DAW is a pretty old version of
SAW, and the mastering was I think mostly the Waves plugins (maybe
I used some Timeworks plugins here and there.) 

It's pretty light, but of good quality. I've had a lot of the above
a while now, and such familiarity helps -- knowing how to dial in 
the sound you want takes practice. (Heck I still have a lot to 
learn :) ). 

This is something I've found with the A6, too. With enough practice,
you do get *way* better at programming this synth over time. The 
best thing about knobby synths is that it allows you to do quick 
tweaks to a sound in order to match it to the mix. I hate doing 
that with menu synths.

Sometimes cold and digital sounding is what works best for a track. 
:) I thought the sound worked for the track pretty nicely, good job.
