[A6] Ribbon controller to play notes

Well, yes and no. 

If you set the ribbon to control pitch, you STILL have to start the first 
note by playing a key. However, if you set it for practically infinite systain, 
the note GATE will stay open for a LONG time. 

You can then tell the ribbon to turn the Amp up and down each time you hit 
it. So, after they first jey is hit, it will act like the ribbon is doing all 
the controlling. There IS a preset that does this in my bank (brian kehew) but 
it acts crazy, as there is modulation and stuiff, rather than pure pitches. So 
- pull out the mods and make pretty notes. It's kinda fun, but HARD!
